
Jagpal was born in the UK, parents emigrated from Kenya, to pursue greater opportunities.
Professional background: Technology (degree in Computer Science from Brunel), have been working for large corporates: Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, Royal Mail, as well as a disruptive global analytics start-up (EYC). Currently at the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), accountable for all digital initiatives as the first Chief Product Officer.
Live in Ilford, Essex/East London with Rashpal (my wife), mum and 3 daughters. My eldest, Gurjit, works for a group M subsidiary (Marketing), Navjit, studying Psychology at Westminster University, and Manreet, studying Comparative literature at UCL. My wife, Rashpal, is a Learning Support Assistant, helping kids with learning disabilities.

Born in the UK, Punjabi-Sikh heritage currently living in Ascot.
Professional background: 25 year career. Marketer with analytical strengths. Started at PepsiCo, Honda Formula 1 and then a Tesco subsidiary. Set-up and exited my own start-ups in the data analytics field. Spent three years recently as a senior Partner at Oliver Wyman.
Biggest Achievement: Seeing my daughter Simran (25) and son Rohan (16) progress through their education in all aspects of life and emerging as genuinely good people.
Some little bits… I participate versus sit back. I enjoy sports versus watch them. Samsung is better than Apple. Samosas should be made with vegetables not chicken.
My Punjabi fluency is a solid 5 out of 10. My English is an 8!

Grew up in Nairobi Kenya and came to UK in 1980 as a student. Studied in Leeds, then moved to London going to Imperial College to study Computing followed by a PhD in AI.
Started as an entrepreneur with some college friends and then joined IMS Health (now IQVIA), a global data, analytics and consulting business for healthcare. Over 20 years at IMS ran a variety of businesses from the UK Division, to a business unit in Europe, then build a Consulting division from scratch to $150M, became the President of the China division and lived with family in Shanghai. Eventually ran Global Operations with staff of 6000 people. Took the company private in 2010 with TPG a leading US private equity firm, and after 4 years of transformation running around the world on the corporate jet floated it back on the NYSE in 2014! Left in 2015 to become CEO of Allocate Software, a business sponsored by HgCapital a leading European private equity firm. Sold that business in 2018 and since then has moved to a ‘plural’ career. Currently Executive Chairman for Agilio Software, an August Equity sponsored business in healthcare software; Chairman at TitanHQ a Livingbridge sponsored business in cybersecurity software; Chairman at National Education Group a Synova Capital sponsored business in technology for schools. Was previously Chairman of Evaluate Pharma (healthcare data) and A2Mac1 (automotive data and benchmarking), both highly successful private equity sponsored businesses.
I live in Chigwell Essex with Ravinder my better half, my mum and 3 grown up children; Jasneet who like her dad has travelled the world and, after studying at Cambridge, is now in Management Consulting, Harleen who studied Philosophy and now works in Fashion and my son Talveen who studied Economies and Management and is now Operations Manager at Otta a tech recruitment platform.
Outside work, I am a sports fan (Spurs supporter assuming that does not disqualify me from this group!), play badminton, support India at cricket even when they play England (so I fail the Enoch Powell test!), big fan of electric cars (owned the first Tesla in the UK which Elon delivered himself!) and generally spend too much on gadgets. Fan of travel (BA says I have done 1.3million miles with them!).

David has worked in technology sector for more than 20 years, but initially started his career in industry. Having worked at ExxonMobil, DHL and the Kingfisher Group implementing and making software deliver business value.
David joined Guidewire in September 2023 as Vice President for Sales in EMEA.
Previous to this, David held the position of Global Chief Operating Office for IFS, a PE backed Enterprise ERP Company.
Prior to this David has held Senior Leadership roles at IBM, SAP, VMware and Oracle bringing greater focus and precision to the sales function, enabling critical collaboration to improve alignment with customers’ needs, ultimately helping those organisations to better serve their customers.
Outside of work, family time and managing my teenage son’s racing schedule in various kart championships take up most weekends.

Gurdip specializes in delivering large-scale transformative change across technology. With a 25 year career in the finance sector, spending a decade at Lehman Brothers before moving to roles at Nomura and currently at JP Morgan. As a Managing Director
he's adept at leadership, building global winning teams and mentoring talent. Outside of work, Gurdip enjoys family time with his wife and three daughters.

Full name Maninder Paul Singh Bhuhi – my dad named me Paul after his best friend at the time. He was in England when I was born – not unusual in those days.
Born in Punjab, Vill. Bhangala, Dist Jalandhar, Panjab ( as its imprinted from all airmail letters in the past etc.).. not far from Paramjit. I came to England on in a bleak September in 1967 and have stayed around ever since, as has the bleakness. I have been lucky enough to work all over the world and in various roles. Over the last 30+ years predominantly in Senior executive roles before moving to my current role as a Board Advisor for various companies completely different sectors (Steel; Smart Buildings; Healthcare).
Currently Global Managing Director and EVP of Vantage Health Technologies. I spend my time between South Africa,, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana, Washington DS and occasionally England and other destinations. We are a mission led social enterprise that uses smart technology to help people gain access to good health working across Africa and the US.
Previously, Executive Partner IBM, Managing Partner HP Enterprise, Partner KPMG and others; Worked extensible in the Enterprise space (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc) for may years.
I have held NED roles and part ownerships of recruitment and change management companies, end user enablement and training companies. I have a mind full of war stories, travel stories and examples of messing things up but the good sense and wisdom to learn and share those learning. I am a people person first ; my joy comes from developing people and teams and making a difference. I am totally a values led leader.

Gurdeep was born in Nairobi, Kenya and arrived into the UK on a cold day in February 1968. My family roots are from Ludhiana Punjab. Where we still have a house and family.
Professional background: Having studied Computer Science at Slough College (now a so-called University). I started my career in the Publishing sector where I learned how IT serviced a business, after this I moved to ICL (now Fujitsu) where I was part of a team that developed Tradanet (the first ever platform to exchange orders, invoices between traders electronically). At Unisys, I managed a Europe wide Consulting team around Unix applications, had a short stint in the US, as well as building a systems integration team around Oracle Financials. This followed several roles at HP, Logica (now CGI), iGate (now Cap Gemini and Zensar (lived in Pune for while). During these roles I built large revenue streams and over saw teams ranging from 1000 to 4000 staff. Most recently I built a Design and Engineering business for GlobalLogic in Europe, which was sold to Hitachi for 9.2bn USD.
I have recently stepped down from my CEO position. I am now supporting a number of organisations and PEs in my area of expertise covering the Digital Economy, AI, and M&A
Personal background: Married with 3 “children” Gavinder (known as Gavin) a Lawyer, Serena works in financial services, Sabrina works in accountancy, they are all married and have blessed us with amazing grandchildren. My lovely wife Kalvinder (trained as biologist) but ended up working in IT, she is now semi-retired although busier the ever before.
I am blessed to be a Sikh and a Punjabi.
My passions are Chelsea (who I have supported since 1971 when we won the FA cup against Leeds). My other passions are keeping fit, cars (especially older Merc’s if possible, with an AMG badge), I try to keep fit, play golf when possible and cycle when it’s not too cold.

I was born near Phagwara, but moved to England in Jan 1966 as a 4 year old. Brought up in Yorkshire, consequently an avid follower of Huddersfield Giants, Leeds Utd and Yorkshire cricket, sadly none of them are at the top of their game these days!!
Joined bp on the graduate program straight from Leeds Uni where I spent 7 years playing football and avoiding trying to get a job. Over the past 30+ years, I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to live and work in the Middle East, In Singapore and in Moscow.
Retired from bp after spending the last 7 years as CEO for the lubricants brand, Castrol, $7bn turn-over business, 7500 people marketing premium lubricants in more than 150 countries.As major sponsors of NFL, all motor sports, Ryder cup, cricket and football, I’ve been lucky to have watched some amazing events around the world.
These days keep mentally active by working for McKinsey as a senior external advisor, NED for a care home group and lots of mentoring and coaching of people of all ages and seniority.
Also play golf and travel when possible.
I’m married to Nikky, we now live in Cheltenham and have 3 kids, Lauren 28, is a pharmacist, Tamsin 26, is a trainee solicitor for an American law firm and Amrik 24 is on a cyber security graduate program in the Energy sector.

Mandeep is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Trouva (www.trouva.com). Trouva is an online marketplace that makes it easy to discover beautiful products curated by the world’s best independent shops, backed by tech Venture Capital investors including Octopus & Index Ventures.
Previously he was an investor at Private Equity fund BC Partners, sitting on the board of Foxtons, and a strategy consultant at OC&C. He studied Natural Sciences & Management Studies at Cambridge and set up his first web business from his bedroom as a teenager in Lancashire.
He is now a Non-Executive Director at Trouva, Thrift+ and an Angel investor.
Mandeep was born in Preston in Lancashire, UK. His parents were born in Burma, and moved to the UK in the 1960s, but their families both originally hail from Punjab. Now lives in London with his wife Charlotte and daughter Nyra. Outside of work he likes tennis, cricket and skiing!

Born in Handsworth in Birmingham, went to Uni in Nottingham and then moved to Bedfordshire in 1985.
Professional background: Consulting/tech, working for Accenture (Andersen Consulting at the time), and then went independent. Spent circa 20yrs independent consulting and running a small team of sub contractors.
Currently trying to chill while working on larger tenders as part of a new development co (I know it sounds contradictory)
Married with 3 “children”. The eldest daughter is 35 and single, my second daughter (32) had a baby last year and we are enjoying being grandparents to our grandson. Finally our son (29) is in procurement and just moved in to a senior procurement role at Aldi in Tamworth.
Strong values, family, community, was involved heavily in local Gurdwara but now more 'humanist' and ethical in my outlook and less religious.
Outside of work – cycling, sport in general intending to take up tennis now, and dog walking.

I studied Economics at LSE and my career has been in 3 phases:
Consulting: I spent 8 years at KPMG where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in Strategy Consulting as an Associate Director
Private Equity: I spent 10 years as an Investment Director, firstly at a start-up fund called Arev and later at Livingbridge, a mid-market firm.
Corporate: I’ve worked at JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) for over 9 years and enjoyed leading many areas including in Globalisation, Strategy and a successful Turnaround programme. I expanded our Digital capability as Chief Digital Officer and am now the Customer Experience Director.
I’m proud of my British Sikh heritage and love our Punjabi culture. I am Exec Sponsor of JLR’s REACH diversity network, celebrating all racial ethnic and cultural heritage across Jaguar Land Rover. I’m also a founder and Trustee of The Diwali Foundation, a charity providing food to underprivileged families.
My wife Mandip and I have two children, Dharam and Avni, both at University in London. I enjoy being active (football, tennis, boxing, training, yoga, tai chi), exploring diverse places and cultures and love time with friends and family.
