Alongside the panelists, we'll have members of the PPN community who have a wealth of experience. This will be an informative and engaging event.

Satwinder Rayet, Director, Deloitte
Gurpreet Sehmi, Senior Director, Public Digital
Gurpreet is a Senior Director at Public Digital; a global transformation consultancy that works with governments, large businesses and institutions that matter.Gurpreet leads Public Digital's Critical National Infrastructure growth, focussing on teams working within defence and security. She also leads engagements with the Financial Conduct Authority and the Barbados Government, advising on creating strategic digital institutions and capabilities. She has additionally worked with clients across Cabinet Office, GDS and the Local Government Association (LGA).Before joining Public Digital, Gurpreet held a senior leadership role at a consultancy, where she drove growth and strategic direction for the business. She led multi-million-pound engagements across UK defence, UK Special Forces and security teams, implementing large-scale cultural change and digital transformation.Her earlier roles spanned the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the Home Office, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and the Department for International Trade (DIT). Across these positions, she gained experience in policy, operations, private office, strategic communications and digital transformation.Outside Public Digital, Gurpreet mentors young creatives through the RSA Young Fellowship programme and through her involvement with Mega-Mentor.
Jasneet Sian, Manager, EY
Jasneet is a Senior Manager in EY’s Business Consulting practice, sitting within the Customer & Growth team, recently moved under the EY Studio+ brand. With 7 years of experience in consulting, Jasneet specialises in front-office transformation across the Life Sciences, Technology & Telecoms sector. She has led strategic transformation programmes focused on commercial excellence, customer success, and operating model transformation for global organisations. Her experience spans launch readiness for pharmaceutical clients, value creation programmes for telecoms providers, and customer-centric organisational transformation for enterprise software companies. Prior to EY, Jasneet’s career began in small boutique consultancy firms (JMAN Group and Blackdot Consulting) where she was part of the early teams that set up and grew the organisation’s value proposition and offering in the market.
